Kasit is flamboyant with his statement, but Thaksin's action gave him an opening. One cannot say that there is no basis whatsover after reading his reckless interview and the foolish game he plays with Hun Sen against national interest of Thailand. THaksin shot himself in the foot twice in about two weeks.
I am getting very confused now. Wasn't it the very same Kasit who is now Foreign Minister who was one of the PAD/Yellow group leaders who worked so tirelessly to overthrow the elected government of Thailand including the Prime Minister elected by the largest plurality/majority in Thai political history?
Thaksin's levelling of all as equal buyers and sellerson the free market did not destry Thailand right wing royalist Sino-Thai trditional captialsts did that!
Any word on Kasit going to the PAD rally today to have some good old fashioned food and fun? The more Kasit and the Democrats come out with inflammatory divisive stuff like this, the more I feel like I'm watching an old "Rocky" movie and find myself unknowingly cheering for the underdog to beat all the odds and beat down the bully.
I dont understand how "taking a economic advisor position" translate to "destroy a country" ??? can anyone give me a clue on how both statement linked??
To answer Thundermare: Thaksin is like the South Korean President Lee Myung-bak (also an adviser to Cambodia) or Singapore's Lee Kuan Yew who was an adviser to Vietnam. All traitors I guess.. Anyway great to see Kasit and Abhist doing so well helpng relations between ASEAN countries. |
