A bus collided with a sport utility vehicle Monday and plunged down a mountain ravine in southern China, killing seven people and injuring 50, state media reported. At least 53 people were on the bus, which was traveling on a highway in the Guangxi region, when it rolled down the 320-foot- (100-meter-) deep ravine, the official Xinhua News Agency said, citing police in Hechi city near the crash. Four people were in the SUV. The report said 33 people, including the driver of the SUV, were seriously injured. Associated Press
