Ray mobile’s the private label of Mobile Store has launched 4 models. The price ranged from 2399 to 7000 rupees. Important thing to note is dual SIM models of Ray M31 and Ray T60.
It also has touch screen phone of T65 with camera and FM phone. It only costs 7000 rupees and could probably the cheapest touch screen phone on the market. Can’t confirm that but I am sure of one thing. Mobile store did study the market very well thanks to its expertise in finding the buying habits of Indians. If you are planning to buy a phone then you might have one more choice. The mobile handset market is estimated to be at $100 million in 2009. Mobile Store being the leading organized retail player it is well placed for an explosive growth. It would be interesting to see if Ray phones will be available in other stores.
