ICICI Bank will provide mChek services to all its debit and credit card users. This is a big win for mChek as ICICI Bank is the largest private sector bank in India.
Through this partnership, mChek will be the chosen platform for any transactions related to mobile commerce. Money transfers, ticket bookings, insurance cover and few more things. MChek has the added security to facilitate the mobile transactions. The credit card data is stored in a fully encrypted form on the phone – which is supposed to be fully secure. It is already an approved mobile commerce window by a whole host of providers including Visa. mChek’s most recent tie-up was with Reliance ADAG’s BigFlix’s for the rental renewal service through mobile.
It already has a whole host of partners in Airtel, SBI, HDFC Bank, Corporation Bank, Citi, Master Card, NDB Bank and Seylan. ICICI Bank will join this elite. Now, mobile becoming your wallet is only one step away. PS : To start using mCheck services SMS MCHEK to 5676709
