Reliance ADAG’s Reliance Infrastructure has won IT consultancy projects from 5 state electricity distribution companies in Karnataka. This marks Reliance’s inevitable entry into the Information Technology field.

Not a IT pure play as Reliance will not be developing the solutions. Instead it would be suggesting and consulting on whom to pick for developing the actual solutions. That’s how it starts I guess for Reliance. Reliance ADAG gets into different fields very aggressively. If there is one thing which it believes then it is economies of scale.
