Outlook India has finally published the top engineering colleges rankings. Outlook’s ranking are combined for both government and private colleges unlike Mint’s rankings. And, Mint’s rankings are a little controversial.

When I posted the top 100 Engineering colleges, Top 50 Government Engineering colleges and top 50 private engineering colleges from Mint everybody was upset about the ranking of a particular college. Especially for BITS Pilani. It is the top private engineering college and few were upset that it was not present in top 50 government engineering colleges.

Now you have it here. Top 75 engineering colleges in India for 2009. Might be repetitive but still worth mentioning. IIT’s still rule.
