Parliamentary Opposition Leader Lim Kit Siang has a take on this that has gone on to become the central piece of the stories filed by AP and Reuters separately, as mentioned above. Kit says this will result in "expensive litigation that can cripple the ordinary blogger and fail to contribute in defining the legal rights of bloggers and citizen journalists".
