Original Korean article at this link.

On the 17th Seoul prosecutors announced they had indicted six people including 32-year old office worker Ms. Bae and 26-year old Mr. Kim on charges of habitually using drugs.

According to police, Mr. Kim, who works as a composer in Singapore, is accused of using methampehatime three times, with Mr. Sabae and others, in a Nonhyeon-dong officetel in Gangnam after purchasing it from Mr. B, a foreigner, in April and May of this year.

Mr. Kim was under investigation for using drugs and was arrested for purchasing party drugs from the United Kingdom through the internet.

Investigators found that Mr. Kim met them while studying in Singapore over ten years ago and that they get together to use drugs every time he returns to Korea.

After they had finished their studies in Singapore and graduated from well-known private universities in Korea, one became a rapper in an undergroup.

Mr. Kim will likely volunteer to be returned to Korea because he is afraid of prosecution in Singapore, which punishes drug criminals severely and would likely give him a heavy sentence.

A representative of the prosecution said, "Mr. Kim was told he was under investigation while in Singapore last month and immediately volunteered to be repatriated. It is very exceptional for a criminal suspect abroad to so readily submit to an extradition request."

Prosecutors are searching for Mr. B, who sold drugs to Mr. Kim.

What is an undergroup?

Smart move. In Korea, he can just claim that he was drunk at the time he decided to do drugs, and get off easy.

Wow, just read the next article. Guess he could also claim he was very sorry, and bribe the judge.
