p>The family head of a highly respected old Thai bloodline says foreign institutions may end up having to investigate Thailand’s justice system for conformity to international laws and treaties. Ukrit Mongkonmawin, former hammerman of the house of representative and a highly respected lawyer in the international law circle of Bangkok says foreigners are questioning Thailand’s judiciary system, especially after seeing the treatment of Thaksin, like the setting up of various bodies to go after Thaksin and his assets.
